Designing a Corporate Digital Presence for an IT Company

2022

Corporate

A corporate website designed to present an IT company’s portfolio of solutions, core areas of expertise, and services to potential clients

Problem Statement

With multiple solutions and services across different domains, the main challenge was structuring the website in a way that remained clear and easy to navigate.

Solution Overview

The site was organized into distinct sections — solutions, services, dedicated teams, and corporate content — creating a clear and scalable structure for diverse offerings.

By clearly presenting solutions and services, the website drove greater interest from potential clients

Design Process

The design process focused on clearly communicating a broad portfolio of solutions and services while accurately representing the company’s expertise, culture, and values. Close collaboration with multiple departments ensured the website reflected the business from both a client and internal perspective.

01 Discovery & Alignment

Aligning with leadership and key stakeholders to understand business goals, target clients, solution portfolio, and brand positioning. This phase established shared priorities and success criteria for the website.

02 Cross-Department Collaboration

Working closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and HR teams to capture accurate information about solutions, services, delivery models, and company culture. These insights ensured the content reflected real capabilities and values.

03 Information Architecture & Structure

Designing a clear, scalable website structure that groups offerings by client intent — ready solutions, development services, dedicated teams, and corporate information. This step ensured clarity and easy navigation across a diverse portfolio.

04 Content Strategy & UX Design

Defining content hierarchy, page layouts, and user flows that balance technical depth with accessibility. UX decisions focused on helping potential clients quickly understand offerings while reinforcing trust and credibility.

05 Visual Design & Prototyping

Creating a cohesive visual language aligned with the company’s brand and positioning. Interactive prototypes were used to validate structure, messaging, and overall usability before development.

06 Validation, Iteration & Delivery

Reviewing designs with stakeholders across departments, refining content and structure based on feedback, and preparing design assets and specifications for implementation. The final solution supported both business growth and employer branding goals.
